

The Concept for the “Cook and See” Challenge began as an investigation to find out the answer to the question of why a number of vegetables from the book “Samaithu par” are not present in our kitchens anymore.
Why some of these vegetables have fallen off our plate?
The idea was to cook with underused vegetables using traditional recipes suggested in the books and through the experience trace the answers to these questions. Is it not strange that we have such a wide choice of vegetables, but we stick to only a few.
Hence the challenge also involves user research and insight development to invite people to offer their opinions, to find the right questions to be asked.
